Returns and Exchanges
Our customers are our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are willing to refund or exchange (if the item is available) 14 Days of the order has been received it.
Merchandise must have tags still attached and item(s) may not be used or worn and accompanied by the sales receipt and return authorization number given by customer service.
If you ordered a hat from us and need to return or exchange the hat please ship the hat back in the hat box and inserts the hat was shipped in to prevent damages and follow these steps:
1. - Call us at (469)248-0324 or 1-844-800-9294 or firstname.lastname@example.org from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm CST Monday through Friday and request upon approval.
2 - Send your item (s) to the following address:

3) A note indicating the reason for the return.
(4) Action requested.
Returns/Exchanges must be shipped with prepaid freight and must be insured via the carrier of your choice to arrive back to Royal Palm Hats in good condition.
You are responsible for shipping cost if you no longer need the item or was ordered incorrectly.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item (s) through a check issued by Royal Palm Hats. We will refund the shipping charges as long as we have shipped the wrong item or if the item was damaged during shipping.
Returns for Reason of Quality: If you hat has defects in materials or construction, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-844-800-9294 or email@example.com , from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm CST Monday through Friday to inform problem in the next 24 hours of receiving your product, our customer service will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization and provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective merchandise for replacement at no cost. Also we will refund your money or give you credit toward another purchase.
Product not guaranteed if item is abused or misused.
Clearance and Sales
All clearance and sales product are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted in these merchandise.
If you have placed an order on our website, you can cancel by simply notifying us, cancellation must be made before your order has been processed, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or communicating by telephone at (469)248-0324 or 1-844-800-9294.
In case of partial cancellation, only the amount of goods and NO shipping costs will be refunded.
Any credit must be previously reviewed and authorized by us, please complete credit request form.
