Return or exchange policy:
ISSUES WITH YOUR HAT SIZE - Start here! Some BULL RANCH hats have an adjustable inner band or springs that adjust up to 5 cm. Before returning a hat due to size issues, make sure to adjust the hat. If your hat fits loosely from front to back but not from side to side (or vice versa), sponge adhesive tape for hats could be your best solution. Visit this link where we show you how to do it.
TIPS WHEN TRYING OUT YOUR BOOTS
To ensure your boots show no signs of wear, we suggest walking only on carpeted areas until you are sure you are satisfied with them. Avoid any type of hard or rough surfaces as they may scratch the soles of the boots.
RETURN GUARANTEE
We are pleased to offer you a refund for the purchase price of items returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in new condition with tags unused and ready for resale. Please note the following:
• We can only accept returns of items purchased from www.bullranch.com
• We cannot refund shipping charges.
• There is a restocking fee of $10.00 will be applied to the refund of the returned product for each use of our prepaid shipping labels.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Items must be in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund.
• Clearance, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for refund.
• Damaged items or those not in their original condition are not be eligible for a refund.
• If an item is returned in worn condition, altered from the original condition it was received in, or if the product box is taped shut or damaged, a fee or charge of 20% will be applied to the return in addition to the $10 return shipping fee.
• Refunds will be processed between 7 to 14 days after receipt once we receive the product.
• Please note that your bank or credit card institution may require additional time to process and post transactions to your account, which may take up to 2 weeks for your credit to be recognized.
• Items purchased on www.bullranch.com can only be returned or exchanged through our online store. We do not accept returns of items purchased at other stores or websites.
• Bull Ranch may reject a request for exchange or refund if, at its sole discretion, it suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior.
Any other orders outside the U.S. are currently not eligible for returns or exchanges.
